Tommy Biscotti set out to revolutionize the way you think about biscotti. Instead of the hard biscotti you’ve tried before, this biscotti doesn’t require dunking to be edible.

We want you to be able to taste the high-quality ingredients we use in our recipes. Ingredients like real European butter, the freshest farm eggs and hand-crafted vanilla sugar. We also use the finest ingredients from around the world – Madagascar vanilla, Australian ginger, Dutch Cocoa, Georgia pecans and much, much more.

Who is Tommy Biscotti?

Tommy Biscotti is actually Tom Taylor, CEO. Tom began baking as a child with his mother, an avid baker, who would always be preparing special treats for the holidays, celebrations, or no reason at all.

It was during those times baking with his mother that Tom realized his own passion for baking. He also learned the importance of fresh ingredients and the joy that comes from making a product that people really enjoy.

“I thank my mother for passing on to me the joy of baking. It is exactly that feeling that resurfaces today as I enter my kitchen to prepare biscotti. I re-experience those joyous times with my mother every time I sift a cup of flour or slice candied cherries.
